緊急地震速報アラーム+に、配信ソフトでの配信を念頭に置いた設定を追加しましたので、
配信ソフトにOBSを使用する場合の設定について記しておきます。
なお、検証時のOBSのバージョンは27.1.3 (64bit)です。

音声通知の設定
DirectSoundを利用する場合は出力先をプライマリサウンドドライバーに設定 -
画面通知の設定
最初に表示される通知画面をキャプチャします。
アラームの音声通知を利用する場合は「最初の通知画面を音声に一致させる」にチェック
非速報受信時は通知画面を配信画面に入れたくない場合:
OBSのウィンドウキャプチャで方法をBitBltに設定
ただし高DPI環境でキャプチャする場合はサイズが小さくなり画質が落ちるようです。
非速報受信時でも通知画面を配信画面に入れてもよい場合:
OBSのウィンドウキャプチャで方法をWindows 10に設定
アラームの「最初の通知画面を自動でクローズしない」にチェック
ただし通知画面を一旦閉じると速報を受信しても再び配信画面には表示されないようです。
→OBS バージョン27.2.3にて再び配信画面に表示されることを確認しました。
