緊急地震速報アラーム+ に、配信ソフトでの配信を念頭に置いた設定を追加しましたので、
配信ソフトに OBS を使用する場合の設定について記しておきます。
なお、検証時の OBS のバージョンは 27.1.3 ( 64bit ) です。

音声通知の設定
DirectSound を利用する場合は出力先をプライマリサウンドドライバーに設定 -
画面通知の設定
最初に表示される通知画面をキャプチャします。
アラーム の音声通知を利用する場合は 「 最初の通知画面を音声に一致させる 」 にチェック
非速報受信時は通知画面を配信画面に入れたくない場合 :
OBS のウィンドウキャプチャで方法を BitBlt に設定
ただし高 DPI 環境でキャプチャする場合はサイズが小さくなり画質が落ちるようです。
非速報受信時でも通知画面を配信画面に入れてもよい場合 :
OBS のウィンドウキャプチャで方法を Windows 10 に設定
アラーム の 「 最初の通知画面を自動でクローズしない 」 にチェック
ただし通知画面を一旦閉じると速報を受信しても再び配信画面には表示されないようです。
→ OBS バージョン 27.2.3 にて再び配信画面に表示されることを確認しました。
